Branding and configuration

The iframe is configured per organization. You do not set these yourself; tell Casap what you want during onboarding and we apply it.

What you can change

Area What it controls
Colour palette The accent and surface colours, so the flow matches your app
Logo Your logo and where it sits in the frame
Introduction Copy shown at the top of the dispute flow
Footer Copy shown at the bottom, typically disclosures or a support number
Landing page Whether members get a dispute home screen, or go straight into intake
Related transactions Whether we offer nearby transactions from the same merchant, and how many days either side to look
Blocked reasons Turn off a reason category, with a message explaining where to go instead
No accounts view Title and body shown when a member has nothing disputable
Downtime notice A message shown instead of the flow during planned maintenance

What you cannot change

The layout, the order of the steps, and the questionnaire itself. Those are driven by network rules and by what we have to collect to file successfully, so they are not configurable per organization.

If the constraint is a problem, building against the Dispute API directly gives you full control of the UI, at the cost of building the screens yourself.

Asking for a change

Send Casap the values you want. Changes apply per environment, so confirm whether you mean sandbox, production, or both. Most take effect without a release on your side.
